# How to make a purchase on Planet Handcrafted?

Items listed on Planet Handcraftedare available for purchase. Select the items of your choice, use our secure gatewayto pay with your preferred mode of payment, and you are all set. The selected item is shipped to you between 1 to 5 days of receipt of your order.

# How do I know that the payments I make on Planet Handcrafted are secure?

All payments on Planet Handcrafted are routed through Razorpay, a payment gateway that provides one of the most secure and safe modes of paymentfor online transactions.

# Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available for purchases made?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available against purchases made.

# I am interested in purchasing a particular art form and I do not see it listed. Can I place a request to have it made available?

We would love to hear from you and add to our assortment in case something you want is not listed. Click “Tell Us More”at the bottom of our Home Page to let us know what’s on your mind and we will get back to you as soon as it is available.


# How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive communications on your registered mobile number regarding the shipment status of your order, till it is delivered to your shipping address. In exceptional circumstances where your order has not been shipped within 5 days, we will suggest alternatives, and in case you prefer a refund, we will do so within 24hours of receiving your refund request. The refund will be made to the same instrument through which you made your payment.


# What are your shipping charges?

We have partnered with multiple logistics companies and for a particular order we choose the one that provides the safest and fastest service so that you receive your order promptly and in the quality that you would expect from Planet Handcrafted. Regular shipping is free. Should you opt for Express Shipping (where available), only the differential cost between Express and Regular shipping will be charged to you at the time of check out.


We ensure that your orders are packaged with utmost care, and select only those shipping partners who have the requisite systems and processes to ensure orders are handled well in transit. We do not accept returns of internationally shipped products.


# How can I change my account details like my e-mail, password and mobile number?
