PURCHASES:

# How to make a purchase on Planet Handcrafted?

Items listed on Planet Handcrafted are available for purchase. Select the items of your choice, use our secure gateway to pay with your preferred mode of payment, and you are all set. The selected item is shipped to you between 1 to 5 days of receipt of your order.

# How do I know that the payments I make on Planet Handcrafted are secure?

All payments for orders from within India on Planet Handcrafted are routed through Razorpay, a payment gateway that provides one of the most secure and safe modes of payment for online transactions.

For international orders, all payments are routed through PayPal, again, one of the most preferred modes of payment for international online transactions.

# Is Cash on Delivery (CoD) available for purchases made?

Yes. Cash on delivery is available against purchases made for domestic customers (customers in India). This is not available for International customers (customers outside India)

# I am interested in purchasing a particular art form and I do not see it listed. Can I place a request to have it made available?

We would love to hear from you and add to our assortment in case something you want is not listed. Click “Tell Us More” at the bottom of our Home Page to let us know what’s on your mind and we will get back to you as soon as it is available.

ORDER TRACKING:

# How do I track my order?

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive communications on your registered mobile number and/or e-mail regarding the shipment status of your order, till it is delivered to your shipping address. In exceptional circumstances where your order has not been shipped within 10 days, we will suggest alternatives, and in case you prefer a refund, we will do so within 24 hours of receiving your refund request. The refund will be made to the same instrument through which you made your payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

# What are your shipping charges?

We have partnered with multiple reputed logistics companies, and for a particular order we choose the one that provides the safest and fastest service so that you receive your order promptly and in the quality that you would expect from Planet Handcrafted. Regular shipping is free for both domestic and international orders. Should you opt for Express Shipping (where available), only the differential cost between Express and Regular shipping will be charged to you at the time of check out.

# By when will my order be shipped?

The outward shipping from the Seller for Domestic Orders (those from within the geographical boundaries of India) will usually be done within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum 5 days for all products other than customizable items (products) like carpets and durries. The shipping schedule for such customizable products is given on the individual products’ page for such products. We will inform you when your order is shipped out to you.

For International Orders (those from outside the geographical boundaries of India), the shipping will usually be done within a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 7 days for all products other than customizable items (products) like certain carpets and durries. The shipping schedule for such customizable products is given on the individual products’ page for such products.

# How to add more shipping (delivery) addresses?

To add addresses, go to “My Addresses” to add and save new addresses

# Can I change the shipping (delivery) address after placing an order?

To provide you great service and avoid misplaced shipments, we encourage you to ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing an order.

# How can I contact you for any issue resolution?

Simple. Click “Contact Us” at the bottom of the page, provide your contact information, details of the issue you are facing, and we will get back to you in a jiffy. You must sign into your Planet Handcrafted account first, so that we are able to verify your status and provide you quick and effective responses. To register for an account in case you don’t already have one, please click “Sign In/Register” on top of the page.

CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

# Who pays for any custom/import duties on items shipped internationally?

Internationally shipped items may be subject to custom/import duties or fees imposed by the destination country. These usually become due once the shipped item arrives in the destination country. The Buyer is responsible for custom duties if applicable, on receipt of the ordered item/s. Some documents may be required by certain countries, and if these are not provided on time, it may result in delays of delivery of the order.
